Do recipients know their click is being tracked?
Recipients see a normal file link. Analytics are collected anonymously and are visible in your dashboard on Pro or Business.
Is the click data available in real time?
Yes. Pro and Business show click data in your dashboard within seconds. See view counts, timestamps, locations, and device types as they happen.
What file types are supported?
PDF, HTML, ZIP, PNG, JPEG, and GIF. Free tier allows files up to 10MB. Pro supports files up to 100MB with unlimited tracked links.
What are the limits on the free tier?
Free includes 1 upload up to 10MB. Views are still recorded, but viewing analytics requires Pro or Business. Pro ($12/mo or $60/yr) includes analytics and unlimited uploads up to 100MB each. CSV analytics export requires Business.
Can I integrate link tracking with other tools?
Business users can export analytics data as CSV for use in spreadsheets, CRM systems, or reporting tools. API access is on the roadmap for deeper integrations.
